Zumba is a fusion of Latin and International music--dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting, and aerobic fitness system. So, if you're tired of the same old workout -- here's your alternative! Dress Code: Dance wear in style and color of choice. Students will need jazz, hip hop, or aeobic style shoes for Dance Mix! (no street shoes allowed on dance floors)

Check out our Egyptian BELLYDANCE class! Ladies, have a 'girls night out' and have fun learning the art of Belly Dance! Indulge your girly side in this class designed to introduce you to the basic rhythms and movements of the lovely and energetic dance known as Raks Sharqi, or "dance of the east". Have fun while gaining strength, flexibility, and control through muscle isolations. All shapes, sizes, and ability levels welcome! Class to be determined
